Imprivata Administration

This is an ADMIN User Interface flash demo (no sound!).

This shows the various tabs available for management of the product by the ADMIN.

• Policies – security settings, assignments of 2FA technology, etc.
• Users – you will see the AD import interface where you enter the necessary info to hook into AD.
• Reports – based on Users, Applications, Computers and Tokens.
• Tokens – VASCO can be managed from within the appliance; or as a RADIUS proxy to another RADIUS host such as RSA SecurID.
  
  

Imprivata Application Profile Generator (APG)

This is a flash of the utility called the APG (Application Profile Generator).

This utility is used to SSO enable your applications so that OneSign can recognize them and interact with them.

The benefit of the APG is that no custom changes are necessary for your applications. They remain exactly the same.

The process is based on simply understanding the applications native workflow and then training the utility to recognize those screens as you see with the LOGIN SCREEN and LOGIN SUCCESS screen.

I then also show the TEST utility built to show how the actual agent operates.


Imprivata User Experience

The end-user experience of Authentication Management (AM) and SSO is demonstrated.

The first part shows SELF-SERVICE Password reset. A user can reset their AD domain password without calling the helpdesk.

Then I shown an example of 2 factor authentication with a biometric reader interface. The user swipes a finger and then enters a password as the second factor. This could be VASCO or RSA OTP plus PIN just as easily.

The user then gets onto the desktop. The ‘I’ agent is shown in the bottom right system tray. When the user launches ACT, you will see the SSO take place. Then the same for the dummy emulator. Notice just above the system tray on each occasion a capture takes place that there is a subtle notification given.
