Sophos has joined Microsoft's SecureIT Alliance, an IT industry push to help improve security for businesses running Microsoft operating systems. As part of the Alliance, Sophos will collaborate with other SecureIT members in building new shared technologies to combat the growing number of IT security threats faced by businesses using Microsoft Windows worldwide. Sophos will also work to improve integration and interoperability between existing security solutions, easing the workload for network administrators currently running software from different alliance members.
